Giordano Contestabile

Franchise Business Director – Bejeweled, PopCap Games

Giordano has been with PopCap Games for 4 years, and was previously senior director of Product and Business Strategy – Mobile, and senior director of Business Development in PopCap’s Asia Pacific headquarters. Prior to that, Giordano worked in the mobile content space, holding positions as director – Asia Pacific and country manager – Brazil for ARENAmobile, and business development manager for Zero9 Group. In a previous life, Giordano worked as a DJ, VJ and video game journalist in his native Italy.

Ben Chodor

Chief Executive Officer, Happtique, Inc.

Ben Chodor is the CEO of Happtique, a mobile health application store and app management solution that helps healthcare providers, physicians, and patients easily integrate mHealth into treatment. He hosts mHealth Zone, a weekly radio show that offers the latest on mHealth apps and technology, and is a mentor for Blueprint Health, a startup accelerator based in NYC. Ben is a pioneer in online communications, having spent his 25-year career merging the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and technology fields. Prior to Happtique, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Streaming & Virtual Events at InterCall. He also founded Stream57 in 2004 and sold the company to InterCall in January 2010.

Mark DeLoura

Videogame Technology Consultant

Mark is a 20-year videogame industry technology executive and the creator of the Game Programming Gems series of technical books. Mark has worked in technology leadership positions at Sony, Nintendo, Google, THQ, and Ubisoft, as well as editor-in-chief of Game Developer magazine. Mark currently sits on the board for game charity OneBigGame, the advisory board of animation technology company Mixamo, and acts as an advisor for Game Developer Magazine and Gamasutra.com. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

Dan Israel

Digital Strategy Lead, SapientNitro

As a strategy lead at SapientNitro, Dan works with retailers, financial institutions, and consumer packaged goods companies to incorporate digital engagement into the overall customer experience. This includes creating seamless experiences between online and offline, physical locations, and on smartphones, tablets, desktops, kiosks, and PCs.

Prior to SapientNitro, Dan led consumer mobile strategy at The Home Depot, launching apps on iPhone, Android, and WindowsPhone7. Dan also has several years of broadband and mobile application experience from BellSouth and AT&T Mobility, and as one of the founders of a startup called Incanta.

Chuck Martin

Director, Center for Media Research

Chuck Martin is CEO of Mobile Future Institute and Director of the Center for Media Research at MediaPost Communications. He is the author of The Third Screen (Marketing to Your Customers in a World Gone Mobile), in which he defines the implications, strategies and tactics for businesses to thrive in the mobile revolution.

Philip Michaels

Lead Editor, Smartphones, Macworld.com

Philip Michaels is the editor of Macworld.com. He’s worked for Macworld for the past 12 years. He oversees all of Macworld’s iPad and iPhone coverage as well as its iOS app reviews.
Susie Ochs

Executive Editor, Mac|Life

Susie Ochs is the executive editor of Mac|Life magazine, handling the reviews section and features. Her work has also appeared in MacFormat, Tap!, MaximumPC, and TechRadar. You can follow her on Twitter @sfsooz.

Steve O’Connell

Partner/ECD, Red Tettemer + Partners

Steve spent the beginning of his career at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where he worked on accounts like IKEA and Virgin Atlantic, among others. Steve went on to be one of the founding partners and ECD’s at Stick and Move, overseeing work for Schwinn, Vitamin Water, and others. In 2010, through a merger, he became the Partner/ECD at RT+P.

Andy Wasef

Head of Mobile and Emerging Technologies, MEC

Andy joined MEC in the UK in 2003 and became the agency’s first digital strategist in 2005. During his time, he developed overall communications strategy for Monster UK, as well as digital strategy for Sony Ericsson, Colgate Palmolive and Paramount Pictures International. Currently his role has been solely dedicated to driving understand and the application of emerging media and technology for MEC’s clients across multiple markets.

Andrea Wolinetz

Managing Director, Connected Platforms, PHD

Andrea is responsible for the social media practice at PHD.  Her group manages social activation across the agency’s key accounts, including Google, GSK and Hyatt ,to name a few.   Prior to joining PHD, Andrea ran Community Activation at MEC.  Her group was responsible for trans-platform engagement programs for Citibank, MetLife, Macy’s, Activision, Microsoft, IKEA, Energizer and Xerox, among others. In 2009, OMMA named Andrea a Rising Star.

Warren Zenna

Managing Director, Digital Practice, Woods, Witt, Dealy & Sons

Warren has over 17 years of Digital Marketing experience, having worked at marketing luminaries such as Phonevalley, iCrossing, IMC2 and DigitalGrit.  Warren has amassed over 5 years of experience in the mobile marketing space, including 3 years of immersion as the VP of Mobile Strategy at Publicis Groupe’s Mobile unit.  Now overseeing the digital practice for Woods, Witt, Dealy & Sons, a NYC based, full-service advertising and marketing agency, Warren is advocating the integrated, or “mobile-first” approach to digital.
